The rates do vary depending on the period requested, the type of the dwelling and its level of occupancy.

TERMS OF SERVICE AND RATES

• High season tariffs, except further and/or Last minute offers, are to apply to the month of July, August, during Christmas and New Year's weeks, Easter and other festivities.
• Stays are locked with deposit of 30% applied for date changes and / or cancellations.
• Prices include tax, linen / towels first delivery (7 nights).
• Children under 3 years of age stay free if sharing with parents.
• Cot with linen and pillow suffocation € 15,00 / night.
• The final cleaning is included in the price.
• The kitchenette if used must be left as found tidied up.
• Pets allowed with extra charge € 10,00 / night only if small / medium size and well behaved.
